Our collaboration with Fundación BIOPARC introduces the public to bat biology and conservation through educational activities at BIOPARC Fuengirola and Valencia.
BIOPARC Fuengirola
The Bat Night on 29 August 2026 included a talk, 3D bat models, MUMA VR experiences and a walk with ultrasonic detectors. More than fifty immersive sessions were held.
Purpose
These resources allow visitors to observe anatomical details, explore habitats immersively and listen to nocturnal activity. Combining formats helps explain the ecological role of bats to audiences of different ages.
Continuing the work
The collaboration includes content and technical support for activities at BIOPARC Valencia. Records from each event must be communicated according to their level of validation.
