Purposes and lawful bases: responding to service and quotation requests and managing contracts, based on steps taken at your request before a contract or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other enquiries are handled with the consent you give by sending your message (Article 6(1)(a)). Statutory retention obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c).

Retention: for the time needed to handle the enquiry or service relationship and, where applicable, the statutory retention and limitation periods. Data will be restricted or blocked where legally required.

Required information: an email address enables us to reply. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Without contact details we cannot respond.

Marketing: submitting the form does not subscribe you to commercial communications. We use contact-form information only to respond to enquiries and handle requests, not to send news or promotions.

We use the information you provide through our contact forms to respond to your enquiry and handle the services or information you request. We do not use these details to send news or promotions.

2.2 Comments

If you leave a comment where comments are enabled, the information entered in the form, your IP address and browser information may be processed for moderation and spam detection. If Gravatar is used to display your profile image, a hash of your email address may be sent to that service. See Automattic’s privacy policy. Approved comments and any associated profile image are visible to other visitors.

2.3. Images and media

If you send images by email, through social media or via WhatsApp, avoid including unnecessary personal information or embedded GPS location data.

2.4. Contact forms

The contact form contains name, email address, telephone number and message fields. Your email address and message are required so that we can handle your enquiry and reply. Your name and telephone number are optional. The form is configured to email your message to info@murcielagosmalaga.com, together with the submission date and time, page URL, browser information and IP address. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry.
