An immersive MuMa Bats 360 scene installed at Zuheros
MuMa Bats 360 as an interpretive resource in the museum.

← All projects

At the Cueva de los Murciélagos Museum in Zuheros, we integrate MUMA VR as a resource for interpreting wildlife and underground heritage.

Implementation

On 17 June 2026, MUMA BATS 360 licences were installed on two headsets and the staff responsible for assisting visitors were trained. The installation is complemented by a physical 3D bat model in a display case.

Purpose

The experience allows visitors to explore digital environments and learn about roosts, echolocation and ecological relationships. The physical model helps reveal anatomical details that are difficult to see during a cave visit.

Application

The museum offers an immersive learning experience that can be used without disturbing the bat colonies represented.
