Discover Bat Night
Bat Night is our bat outreach programme at different locations across Málaga province. Events combine talks, ultrasound detector demonstrations and participatory activities to explore bat biology, interpret their activity and address conservation myths.
The programme is adapted to the audience and venue. Outdoor routes depend on site conditions and weather; detections and sightings are not guaranteed.

Project activities
- An experience designed for all audiences, where learning about bats becomes a nighttime adventure guided by experts.
- We use ultrasound detectors, educational materials, and technologies such as virtual reality to observe and understand without disturbing.
- We dispel myths and foster empathy toward these ecosystem allies, essential for pest control and biodiversity.
- Bat Night is held in various towns and natural settings across Málaga. We announce each event on our social media channels. Follow us and don’t miss a thing.
