DISCOVER OUR PROJECT AT PARADORES
At Murciélagos Málaga, we carry out ecological restoration actions in Paradores, integrating biodiversity conservation, science, and environmental education in tourist settings of high natural and cultural value.
In collaboration with the teams at Paradores de España and environmental technicians, we design interventions tailored to each site: we restore degraded habitats, promote native species, and reduce the ecological footprint of these spaces.
In addition, we combine this restoration with awareness-raising, citizen participation, and educational experiences, bringing visitors closer to the natural surroundings of the Parador through knowledge and respect.
This ecological action positions Paradores as leaders in sustainability, while maintaining tourism excellence and heritage value.

KEY ELEMENTS OF ECOLOGICAL RESTORATION AT PARADORES
- We design interventions that respect the architecture and historical surroundings of the Paradores, promoting a harmonious coexistence between built heritage and the natural environment.
- We plant native species and create ecological corridors that encourage the presence of local wildlife, such as birds and bats, which are essential for ecosystem balance.
- We develop educational programs for guests and visitors, promoting environmental awareness and respect for nature.
- Long-Term Sustainability: We implement ecological maintenance practices that ensure the durability of the actions taken and the continuous improvement of the natural environment.
